Is The Wedding Outdoors?
Yes. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on the family estate beneath a sailcloth tent in Kentucky horse country. While the tent will provide full coverage for dinner and dancing, portions of the evening may involve walking on grass, gravel, or estate pathways.
Is Parking Available At Song Hill Farm?
Yes. Valet parking will be provided for guests arriving to the estate.
Are Children Invited?
While we adore your little ones, this celebration will be an adults-only wedding weekend. We are grateful for your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
What Time Should Guests Arrive To The Ceremony?
Guests are encouraged to arrive 30–45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow time for valet, arrival, and seating, while also enjoying pre-ceremony welcome drinks and live music before the ceremony begins.
What Is The Attire?
The attire for the wedding weekend is Black Tie. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos or formal dinner jackets, while ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns or elevated formal cocktail attire.
We welcome guests to lean into the spirit of the occasion with polished, colorful, and celebratory formalwear. Think summer black tie — elegant, vibrant, and dressed to your very best, with beautiful color, thoughtful prints, and refined seasonal styling encouraged.
As portions of the celebration will take place outdoors on a private estate, guests may wish to consider footwear suitable for grass and natural terrain.

When Should Guests Arrive In Lexington?
For those traveling in, we recommend arriving on Friday, as we are planning to host a welcome party that evening to begin the wedding weekend. Additional details will be shared closer to the date, but we would love for guests to join us if their travel plans allow.
Will Transportation Be Provided?
Complimentary luxury transportation will be provided for guests utilizing the room block at The Manchester. Additional transportation details, including timing and pickup location, will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.
