We started our long distance relationship in September 2019 when Alexia moved to New York — here is a sad photo of her walking away in the airport :(

When the COVID pandemic started, Alexia went back to Canada for what she thought would be three weeks. One silver lining to being in quarantine was our relationship was no longer long distance and we were still able to celebrate milestones together — like Mike signing his first private equity deal!

When Alexia finally moved back to NYC, Mike came with her — on our rooftop in NYC together celebrating the end of our Canadian quarantine :)

We made the New York Times together shortly after moving back — Go Italy!

The world started opening up more and we went on more vacations — us in Aruba :)

And then long distance officially ended when Mike moved his career over to NYC!!!
